Tennis Ranking Championship 2018


Under the organization of Punjab Lawn Tennis Association (PLTA) an Inter-School / Collegiate Tennis Ranking Championship was held at Bagh-e- Jannah. Lahore from 24th January to 27th January, 2018. The budding tennis stars of Aitchison College participated in three categories.

  1. College Team
  2. School Team
  3. Mini Tennis (Junior School)

Overall Champion of the Mini Tennis tournament was Junior School. Aitchison bagged many individual awards under different categories:

College Category: 2nd Position (Silver Medal)
School category: 1st Position (Gold Medal)

 

Mini tennis category:

Under 10: 2nd (Silver) & 3rd (Bronze) Positions
Under 9: 1st (Gold), 2nd (Silver) & 3rd (Bronze) Positions
Under 7: 1st (Gold) & 2nd (Silver) Positions

 

The College & School teams won 2nd position while Junior School team was awarded the 1st position.
Many students were awarded different titles as well:

  1. Xeerak Mustafa (K3-A) Scholar Athlete Award
  2. Naad-e-Ali (K5-D) Scholar Athlete Award
  3. Sportsmanship was displayed by Ali Ahmed Chaudhri (K6-E and Ch. Musa Bilal (K5-A) and they were awarded certificates.
