Aitchison College gains a rare victory over ACOBA

Aitchison College gained a rare victory over ACOBA in the latest match played on Sunday October 8^th. Lieutenant Colonel Ben Ramsay tossed the coin and Aitchison chose to bat. Aitchison scored 193/8 in the maximum 35 overs. Mustafa Asim 44, Hamza Sukhera 44 and Ibtesam ul haq 43 laid a solid foundation. In reply, ACOBA was bowled out for 171 in 32.4 overs.Top bowlers Qasim Abbas, Muneeb Wasif and Fridoon all captured two wickets a piece. Aitchison won by 24 runs.

This was a well fought match enjoyed by the Principal. Coach and Head of Cricket Riaz and specialist coach Jon Wright deserve congratulations on bringing the team to such a competitive level. Aitchison 1^st XI remains undefeated this year and is well-prepared for its 3 day Test match at Sadiq Public School.
