One of the most notable features of Aitchison is the high success rate of boys gaining entry to universities of their first choice, both here and overseas. Aitchison has specialist University Guidance Counsellors.

Aitchison has its own SAT Examination Centre accredited by the American College Board, and offers preparation in SAT, IELTS and TOEFL. We can also arrange ACT. Generally, more than half of the graduating cohort will secure international placements, mainly in the UK, U.S.A and Canada. Among these are regular offers to attend Oxford, Cambridge, UCL, Harvard, Stanford, Princeton, MIT and Yale. Beyond these stellar institutions the list is impressively long. Medical offers are mostly taken up at Aga Khan University and King Edward Medical College, but Australia has offered placements. LUMS, University of Punjab, Forman Christian College, Government College and National College of the Arts are regularly attended. Boys also enter the Civil Service and the Armed Forces with regularity.
