On the 24th and the 25th of August 2023, the Aitchison College Humanitarian and Environmental Society and Islamic Society collaborated to send volunteers at School of sciences near Airport Road, DHA Phase 8 for community service educational sessions. Over the span of two days, our boys taught Mathematics and Sciences alongside hosting various public speaking activities. Delivering these lectures to class strengths of 20-25 students of Grade 5-7, the Aitchison volunteers shared their knowledge and experiences with the students to aid their academic and critical thinking growth. Engaging students in innovative and diverse activities, the boys took an unconventional approach to educating the students as compared to the basic mode of teaching; in doing so, the volunteers were able to tenfold the impact they were trying to create by also garnering a spirit to continue to aspire for knowledge within the students.
