Mr. Sajjad Akbar, the Senior School Cricket Coach, passed away on May 21^st, 2024, leaving a profound void at Aitchison College. Since 2020, his contributions to cricket coaching, skill development, and modern techniques have been invaluable. Mr. Akbar's career highlights include representing Pakistan in two One Day Internationals in 1990 and playing first-class cricket from 1978-79 to 2000-01. Notable performances include taking 104 wickets at an average of 22.38 in the 1989-90 season and impressive bowling figures of 9 for 59 and 6 for 63 runs against Karachi in 1987-88.
