Senior Boarders Visit Civil Services Academy
On Thursday, November 14th , 2024 boarders of the Senior School under the guidance of Mr Muhammad Tariq, Housemaster L J and Mr. Khalid Saifullah, Housemaster Kelly visited the Civil Services Academy, Lahore. They attended the seminar titled: "Khizar-e-Raah". The forum focused on the role and responsibilities of future leaders in addressing pressing issues such as smog and other forms of environmental pollution in Lahore. The Director General of the Civil Services Academy, Mr. Farhan Aziz Khawaja was exceedingly gracious and generously engaged with the students for an hour following the seminar.
The visit to the Civil Services Academy was an enlightening experience for the students, offering them a glimpse into the inner workings of government administration. During the tour, they learned about the rigorous training programmes that prepare officers for their roles in Public Service. The students observed how policies are crafted and implemented to address societal challenges, and they were inspired by the dedication and professionalism of the officers they met. The visit not only broadened their understanding of civil services but also sparked an appreciation for these officers' crucial role in shaping the nation.
