On 21st June 2025, the Sports Department held a highly impactful sports seminar in Syed Babar Ali Library. It was graced by the esteemed presence of Principal Dr. Syed Turab Hussain and the dynamic Head of Sports & Games Master, Mr. Umer Zaman Khan. The event was also attended by Heads and staff of Sports from SS, PS and JS, along with the Sports Ambassador, Mr. Shahid Mahmood Aslam. The keynote speaker for the occasion was Mr. Zia-ud-Din Khan, a distinguished expert in sports psychology and physical education, renowned for his extensive experience in the field. Mr. Khan delivered an engaging and enlightening speech, covering critical topics such as:

1. Understanding Generation Alpha and Generation Z
2. Innovative Strategies in Sports Development
3. The Role of Sports Psychology and Physical Education 

His insightful perspectives were highly appreciated by the sports coaches from all three schools, who found the session immensely valuable for their professional growth.

Following a short break, Mr. Khan further elaborated on:

1. Key Fitness Components and Evaluation Methods
2. Talent Identification and Development
3. Managing Sports Injuries and Optimal Nutrition for Athletes

The participants greatly benefitted from his wealth of knowledge and practical expertise.
