Teaching at Aitchison: Induction Course
Teachers have embarked on their Aitchison journey by completing our intensive two-day induction course offered by Teaching and Learning Centre. This programme laid a strong foundation in establishing the College’s values and practices through hands-on exploration of active learning strategies, lesson planning and classroom management. This induction marks a confident start to their professional journey at Aitchison. More follow-up sessions are planned throughout the academic year to explore lesson planning and issues around assessment in detail.
