Dr. Kamal Munir as Chief Guest for General Staff Meeting

Aitchison College was honoured to welcome Dr. Kamal Munir, Pro-Vice-Chancellor of the University of Cambridge, as the Chief Guest for the General Staff Meeting. His inspiring address set a reflective and collaborative tone, urging teachers to pursue excellence with renewed purpose. Dr. Munir highlighted how rapid advances in technology and AI call for rethinking education. He encouraged teachers to embrace AI as a powerful tool for simulation and innovation while stressing the importance of adopting diverse teaching strategies to keep students engaged in the classroom. At the same time, he reminded us that strong student-teacher relationships, character building, and skills development must remain central to the learning process. Dr. Kamal Munir is also a Professor of Strategy and Policy, and Fellow of Homerton College, Cambridge. He is also the Academic Director of the Centre for Strategic Philanthropy and has been widely published and cited across leading journals and global media.
