Mindset Matters: A Transformative Session for Senior Boarders

On Saturday, 11 October 2025, senior boarders attended a thought-provoking session titled "The Power of Positive Mindset" in the Media Room of the Syed Babar Ali Library. Led by Mr. Khalid Saifullah, Housemaster of Kelly House, the session aimed to help students develop resilience, self-awareness, and purpose-driven leadership. Through engaging discussions, students explored how a growth mindset can transform challenges into learning opportunities, how consistent habits shape identity, and how positive self-talk builds inner confidence. The session highlighted the importance of discipline, gratitude, and integrity in everyday decision-making. Students responded with maturity, sharing reflections and committing to practical changes in their mindset and behavior. The session left a strong impact, encouraging boys to lead themselves first, view setbacks as opportunities for growth, and build a foundation of leadership grounded in integrity and self-awareness.
