ArtFest 2025 - A Celebration of Creativity Beyond Boundaries
“Art enables us to find ourselves and lose ourselves at the same time.” - Thomas Merton
ArtFest 2025 unfolded over two unforgettable days of creativity, collaboration, and pure artistic energy. Hundreds of delegates from schools and colleges across Lahore, Wazirabad, and Karachi, joined by international participants through online delegations, transformed the festival into a true celebration of art beyond boundaries.
Throughout the event, a symphony of expression took a definitive form. Categories ranging from Visual Arts and Media Arts to Art Discourse and Music ran simultaneously, each carrying its own mood, intensity, and community. The atmosphere was alive with students sketching under shaded courtyards and cameras capturing fleeting moments. A series of performances and creative workshops punctuated the schedule, giving delegates a chance to engage, experiment, and connect.
The Opening Ceremony set the tone with remarkable performances by the Aitchison College Art and Music Society, filling the hall with excitement. The festival grounds themselves were beautifully designed and curated, with every corner radiating colour, conversation, and creative energy. The space felt less like a school and more like a living gallery.
The two-day celebration concluded with a dazzling Music Night at the Closing Ceremony, featuring renowned names like Farhan Saeed and Omar Mukhtar. Delegates also took to the stage, performing their renditions of vocals and instrumentals — a moment of joy and unity that captured the essence of what ArtFest has long stood for.
ArtFest 2025 was more than a festival; it was an experience. A reminder that art, in all its forms, has the power to connect, move, and define us. It left behind not just memories, but an enduring sense of inspiration.
