Aitchisonians Shine at Lahore Science Mela with Innovative Projects
Aitchison College Prep School students proudly participated in the Lahore Science Mela, organised by the Al-Khwarizmi Science Society. The event served as a dynamic platform for young learners to explore, innovate, and present their scientific ideas to a wider audience.
Our students worked in the school’s science laboratories under the able supervision of their teachers, designing and developing innovative science projects based on the concepts taught in their textbooks. Through this practical process, they engaged in hands-on activities, experimenting, testing, and refining their models to demonstrate scientific principles in both practical and imaginative ways.
At the Mela, the students confidently showcased their projects, displaying innovation, teamwork, and scientific curiosity. Their models reflected real-world applications of classroom learning, with projects ranging from environmental awareness and renewable energy to simple machines and modern technology.
The event also provided an enriching opportunity for them to interact with other young scientists, educators, and visitors, further inspiring them to pursue science with creativity and confidence.
