Medals Galore: Aitchison College, Prep School Students Win National and International Competitions
Aitchison College Prep School proudly celebrates its students’ achievements across academics, debating, science, maths, languages, sports, and co-curricular activities on national and international stages. To recognise their accomplishments, a special School Assembly was held on February 23, 2026. The Principal, Aitchison College, Dr S.M. Turab Hussain, graced the occasion. Our students fared exceptionally well in the following categories at the national and international levels:
- Mega Rainbow International Essay Competition 2025: Our 169 students competed against students from 350 schools on the theme of "Technology" and secured 35 Gold, 8 Silver, 5 Bronze, and 10 Gift Awards. One of our promising students, Ali Zar Bukhari, won a special cash prize of Rs. 50,000.
- PTMUN (Model United Nations): Our school earned 2 Best Delegate Awards, 2 Honourable Mentions, and 3 Special Mentions across four committees, excelling in research, public speaking, and leadership.
- Literary Lanterns 2025 (Lahore Grammar School): We achieved two overall victories and the Best Delegation Award.
- ICATS Science 2025: From 189 participants, our students secured 2 National Awards, 5 Provincial Positions, and 12 School Toppers.
- Pakistan Math Challenge 2025: Our 49 participants won multiple bronze medals.
- Atelier 7.0 (Beaconhouse): Our teams excelled in debate, declamation, maths, and art, and won the Best Delegation Award.
- LUMS Math Delta: We secured 1st place in the Engineering Catapult competition and 2nd place in the Math Auction (out of 110 teams nationwide); additionally, 6 of the top 10 Math Olympiad finalist teams were from Aitchison College, Prep School.
- SCIL Olympiad 2026: Students won multiple gold, silver, and bronze medals in poetry, declamation, Naat, Islamic Quiz, and art. Aitchison College Prep School was declared Best Delegation in the Under-17 and Junior categories.
- Annual Coding Competition 2026: Organised by our ICT Department, this competition recognised our students as the top programmers for their skills and logic.
- Languages: The French Department produced excellent results in the FIT, Deutsch A1 & A2 exams. Twenty-two students achieved 100% success in DELF A1 at the Alliance Française.
- National Age Group Swimming Championship: Our students set new national records in the National Swimming Championship, winning multiple gold, silver, and bronze medals.
- 1st Prep School Chess Tournament: The Prep School organised its first-ever Chess Tournament with 75 participants. Mohid Adnan was declared champion, Haziq Adnan was runner-up, and third place was shared by Ismail Khan Daha and Raahim Naeem Afzal.
