1st Aitchison International Inter School Cricket Tournament-2026
As part of the prestigious 140 Years Sports Celebrations, the 1st Aitchison International Inter-School Cricket Tournament 2026 commenced with great verve, zeal, and enthusiasm amidst an atmosphere of sporting excellence. The grand opening ceremony reflected the College's enduring commitment to nurturing young talent and promoting the spirit of fair play. The occasion was graced by the Chief Guest, Mr. Ahmad Nawaz Sukhera, an Old Aitchisonian, distinguished former bureaucrat, and Captain of the Aitchison College Cricket Team in 1979.
The 1st Aitchison International Inter-School Cricket Tournament 2026 brought together eight outstanding teams, including two distinguished international sides and six from Pakistan's finest sporting institutions. Below are the teams divided into two groups.

The tournament concluded on a memorable and celebratory note, with Bangladesh emerging as worthy champions and Aitchison College securing the runners-up position after defending a modest total. Batting first Aitchison made 129 runs all out (Usman Khan 77). The target was chased easily by Combined Bangladesh with 5 wickets to spare. Having progressed from the same group, both finalists displayed exceptional consistency, resilience, and determination, overcoming highly competitive opponents to earn their places in the grand finale. Their remarkable performances reflected the highest standards of skill, discipline, and sportsmanship throughout the tournament. Equal appreciation is extended to the remaining six teams, whose spirited performances, unwavering commitment, and competitive excellence greatly enriched the quality and prestige of the championship.
The Prize Distribution Ceremony was graced by the Chief Guest, Majid Jahangir Khan (Former Pakistan Test Cricketer, Former CEO Pakistan Cricket Board & Old Aitchisonian), who presented the championship trophy, runners-up trophy, and individual awards to the winning teams and outstanding performers in recognition of their exceptional achievements. The ceremony was attended by the Principal, Dr. S. M. Turab Hussain, along with the Bursar, the Tournament Director, esteemed members of the Aitchison College Old Boys' Association (ACOBA), distinguished guests, players, coaches, match officials, and members of the College community.
