Altitude Attitude: Rakaposhi Trek of Endurance and Discovery

A group of forty-eight students of Prep School, accompanied by staff members, embarked on the annual summer trek to Rakaposhi Base Camp 2 (Taghafari) from 10 June 2026 to 18 June 2026. Set against the magnificent backdrop of the Karakoram Range, the expedition challenged the boys with demanding mountain trails, unpredictable weather conditions, and high-altitude terrain.

Through sheer determination, resilience, and teamwork, all students successfully completed the trek, making the journey a remarkable achievement. Beyond its physical demands, the expedition proved to be an invaluable learning experience, fostering camaraderie, perseverance, self-discipline, and the confidence to push beyond perceived limits. Students developed a deeper appreciation for Pakistan's breathtaking natural heritage while learning the importance of mutual support and responsible outdoor conduct.

The Rakaposhi trek was not merely an adventure but a transformative educational experience, leaving participants with lasting memories, stronger character, and a renewed spirit of exploration.
