Day 4 Recap: Turning Curriculum Alignment into Classroom Action
Staff Development Week 2026 concluded on Friday with "From Alignment to Classroom Action: Subject Planning for the Term." Twenty-one school-based sessions ran concurrently,with seven sessions each in Junior, Prep, and Senior School covering English, Urdu, Mathematics, Science, Art, Islamiyat, and Pakistan Studies.
Building directly on Thursday's cross-school discussion, teachers within each school section selected two to three priority learning gaps for the coming term and agreed on classroom strategies, curriculum links, and the evidence they would review to measure progress. Each HOD submitted a Subject Term Action Plan documenting the gaps, planned response, and a follow-up review date.
