Day two of the Inaugural Aitchison Residential Life Forum featured an impressive lineup of strategic sessions, real-world case studies, and practical roadmaps. The agenda opened with Psychological Wellbeing in Residential Life, presented by Mariam Raza Zaidi (Consultant Psychotherapist), Anam Amama (Head Psychologist, Aitchison College), and Mrs. Nabila Raheem (Senior Psychologist, CCH). Academic integration was highlighted by Dr. Mehwish Raza (Associate Professor of Education, FCCU) in Academic Engagement, while Dr. Bilal Ahsan Malik (Associate Dean, OSA LUMS) shared core administrative perspectives in Professional Practice in Residential Life.

Examining relational dynamics, Ali Nomani (Former High School Principal, Massachusetts) presented Belonging in Practice: How Everyday Relationships Build Residential Community. Strategic leadership was addressed by Brig. Mujahid Alam (Former Principal, Lawrence College) on New Challenges and Goals for Residential Life, alongside Brig. Nasir Saeed Khattak (Principal, CCH) speaking on Intellectual, Ethical and Moral Development.

Grounding theory in live experience, HOD English Samara Salahuddin facilitated a Phenomenological Case Study with briefings from HMJS, HMPS, and HMSS, featuring reflections from Old Boys Danial Khichi and Sadiq Karim Soofi (Batch of 2020). Closing the landmark forum, Zain Khan (Coordinator, Teaching and Learning Centre) outlined Next Steps Ahead: Formation of a National Network, establishing the blueprint for lasting impact across residential education in Pakistan.
