On Sunday, July 29^th the ACSEC Initiative, in collaboration with Lahore Conservation Society (LCS) carried out a plantation drive, in FG Model Primary School. We planted 50 Amrood and Shaitoot saplings on the school's grounds and near it's pathways. Due to the lack of tools, and the presence of bricks under the soil the errand took a little longer than expected but we managed to finish it off in around 2 hours. The Plantation was a success. Now we plan on having another one this coming Monday in Punjab University’s Old Campus with the help of our very own gardeners, and Haider Tiwana’s Keep Pakistan Green.
