AITCHISON COLLEGE BAGS 5 AWARDS AT HARVARD MUN BOSTON

The boys have performed excellently at various local and international MUN Conferences

Aitchison College clinched five awards at the prestigious Harvard Model United Nations (MUN) Conference held in Boston from 26-29th January, 2017. Nafeel Irfan was awarded Best Delegate, while Muhammad Ahmad Saeed, Widad Kamran, Ahmad Iqbal and Mohammad Ali Admair received Honourable Mentions for outstanding skills in international diplomacy.

The Conference hosted teams from over 60 countries and over 4000 delegates. Despite the great level of competition, the boys performed extremely well, adding yet another feather to their diplomatic caps.

Earlier this year, Aitchison College won the Best Overseas Delegation Award at the Yale-NUS Model United Nations in Singapore, the largest MUN conference in South East Asia. Aitchison has also been winning numerous best delegation awards at national level Model United Nations Conferences.

The Aitchison College Model United Nations Society is one of the most prestigious societies that Pakistan and its institutions have to offer. It has earned not only national, but also international recognition from Institutes around the world in countries like USA, India, China and Singapore.

Apart from brilliant performances in various MUN conferences last year, the society also arranged its immensely successful Aitchison College Model United Nations conference (ACMUN) in September which hosted more than 600 delegates.
